2 नवंबर 2021 को रिलीज़ हुई फिल्म जय भीम खूब चर्चा में रही। न सिर्फ अपने नाम के लिए बल्कि उस विषय के लिए भी जिसके इर्द गिर्द यह फिल्म घूमती है। आदिवासी समाज पर ढा जा रहे सरकारी जुल्म, व जातीय उत्पीड़न जैसे विषयों को यह फिल्म अपने अंदाज में बयां करती है। इस फिल्म ने नाम को सुनकर मैंने भी इसे इसी मंशा से देखना शुरु किया था कि शायद इसमें अंबेडकरवादी आंदोलन के संदर्भ में कोई कहानी फिल्माई गई होगी। लेकिन कहानी के आगे बढते रहने से यह लगने लगता है कि इसका नाम गलत रख दिया गया है। नाम जो भी हो पर यह तो सच्चाई है आदिवासी समुदाय पर समय की सरकारों ने सैंकड़ों जुल्म ढाए हैं। आदिवासियों पर बड़ी मात्रा में फेक केस डाले जाने की खबरें पहले भी आती रही हैं। लाखों आदिवासियों पर फेक केस डालकर कईं-कई साल जेल में सड़ाने की रिपोर्टिंग मुख्यधारा के मीडिया में बेशक पहले सामने कम आई हो परंतु वैकल्पिक माध्यमों में यह चर्चा को विषय रहा है। लेकिन यह अकारण ही नहीं है कि आदिवासी समुदाय यह मला किया जा रहा है। इसके कारण हमारे राजनीतिक-आर्थिक ढांचे में छिपे हैं। आदिवासियों पर जो भी अत्याचार किया जा रहा है, फिल्म उसका चित
